Founding Sales Closer

Remote (US preferred) · Full-time · Base + commission per close (OTE $50K+)

NeverMiss is an AI receptionist and automation platform for US home service contractors. Cold email pipeline is firing, we're booking more discovery calls than I can take solo. Looking for the first sales hire to take demos and close.

The role

• Take 5-10 discovery calls per week from inbound
• Run the demo, qualify, close
• Work the pipeline I can't get to

You're a fit if

• Early in your career but already have something to show. Closed deals, hit numbers, ran a side hustle, built something that made money. Show me proof not vibes
• You sell with personality not scripts
• Native or near-native English. Your phone presence on a sales call with a US contractor matters more than your resume
• Comfortable on calls with US contractors (HVAC, plumbing, roofing)
• Base intentionally weighted to commission. If you want guaranteed money this isn't for you

You're not a fit if

• You want a 9-5
• You need management or hand holding
• You've been in SaaS sales 10+ years and want to coach me on the right way
• You're more focused on LinkedIn influencer brand than closing

• fast on the keys, you reach out the second a lead shows interest
• you can hold a real conversation in a dm, not copy paste a script
• you chase the follow up everyone else forgets
• proof you've sold or set anything beats a resume

What you'll do

• work warm signals, someone checks out the demo, likes a post, fills the form
• reach out fast while they're still interested
• pull leads in
• book qualified demos straight onto the calendar
• own the top of funnel so the team can close

Not for you if

• you treat this like a 9-5 instead of a shot to build something
• you need a manager holding your hand
• you're slow to move
